Following its acquisition of Apex Motor Club, Maricopa, Arizona, investment firm RJT Capital has revealed new details about its $30-million investment into the facility.

The investment will fund several key improvements, the firm said, including the construction of a new clubhouse and 48 additional private garage condominiums. Construction is set to begin later this year. A limited number of condominiums remain available for purchase.

Phoenix-based RJT Capital also recently financed the completion of Apex's $20-million Track 2 second circuit.

"This investment is a tremendous boost to the future of Apex," said Matt Williams, president of Private Motorsports Group. "It not only secures the financial foundation of the club but also allows us to fast-track enhancements that build on what our members already love—a great trackside culture, thrilling track experiences, world-class amenities, and a strong sense of community."
